The Secrets To Making $5000 - $7000 Income Per Month

In this thread, I'm giving away my top notch secrets to making $5000 - $7000 per month. Yes, this is how much money I average online right now.
If you do, improve, and follow what I outline here odds are that you will be making decent money sooner or later.

A lot of people fail to make a full time income with online marketing.. In fact, almost all people who were once enthusiastic to start fail miserably.

Here are my key points rules to creating a full time income online:

Rule 1: Believe it yourself.

Most obviously, you need to believe in whatever you do. If you don't believe it yourself, how can you ever take optimal action steps?

Most people start off with very little till no self-esteem. Actually, very few people start off with manifested self-esteem. Even if you have no self-esteem when you start off, you can build it up. You do that by focusing on the things you do right and/or work.

Get positive people around yourself, and block out people who are simply not adding any value to your journey.

You can't really outsource your self-esteem and beliefs to your family, friends, and others. You are in charge of everything you do, and you alone should build your self-confidence.

Rule 2: Set strong goals.

The second most important step to achievement is to set strong goals. I always set myself big goals because I knew that this was the way to face major challenges. Even though I didn't like some obstacles that came through my way, I managed to deal with them anyway.

One of the biggest mistakes would be to have very small goals based on low self-esteem.

Don't let yourself talk into setting small goals because there is no way you will ever achieve bigger ones. People who spend their entire day with trying to negatively manipulate you have no life.

The first thing you should do is to write down at least 50-100 goals you want to accomplish in your life. What you get from accomplishing your business goals which is usually money, a brand or relationships leads to even bigger goals.

Business goals:
Set business goals that are worth aiming for and don't be modest at all. Be generous to yourself and set the goals you perceive you deserve.

For my clients as well as for me BIG BUSINESS GOALS need to be set. I'm talking about 1 year, 5 year, 10 year and even more long term.

I know that some people don't believe in goal setting and think that it's bull****, but I can guarantee you that it's not. Those people are usually the ones that don't achieve anything and try to mess things up badly to their own disadvantage.

Rule 3: Become a master of planning.

Planning is very closely related and congruent with goal setting. The time at which I started to pay more attention to proper planning was the time in which I started to make more money.

Plan your project goals properly. You need to have a daily action plan of what you need to do in order to reach your objectives.

Plan your day the evening before. Plan your work week every Saturday or Sunday. Plan every new month on the 30th or 31st of the previous month. Plan every year in December of the previous year.

Here apply the same rules as for goal setting; if you don't plan right or don't plan at all, no matter how well you implement, you will most likely not reach anything.

Planning is all about ego and self-discipline. The best thing you can do is to be honest to yourself and admit where you are in your business right now.
NOTE: Another good thing you can do is to leave your ego at the door, so you can be honest to yourself and plan the way you need to plan.

Rule 4: Research your topic(s).

Another thing that I had to realize and drastically accept was that I needed to do enhance my research.

If you are online marketer, which we all are - you have no be a research enthusiast.

It doesn't matter if you outsource most of your work or want to become better on a chose topic, you need to be consistently looking for new information.

Rule 5: Get professional coaching.

From my personal experience, coaching is the number one knowledge helper and skill upgrader.

Accepting the fact that you simply need coaching is an important facet for your success. People who really struggle are the ones with the biggest egos. You really cannot allow your ego to stand between you and your badly deserved success.

Acknowledging your current standpoint and the need of improvement is the key to getting coached.

Rule 6: Invest into other forms of training and education.

The best advice I can give you here is: No matter where you are, never stop learning.

Rule 7: Implementation.

Unapplied knowledge is USELESS. I'm sure you have heard that one quite often before.

You can inform yourself the entire day, spend 3 hours with reading books, and doing things.. but if you don't implement what you have learned, you are wasting your time.

Implementation requires only one thing and that is courage. The reason why people don't implement is because they are afraid to make mistakes and get negative feedback. Even if you have a very low self-esteem, you need to give your best when implementing strategies.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing.

Being able to implement things quickly is a habit that is as much important to success as learning.

Rule 8: Create long lasting relationships with clients, partners, and coaches.

The relationships I formed over the past 2 years online have been one of the major reasons why I became successful.

It's really important that you connect with people who have a beautiful mindset and are successful. You can learn a lot from those people.

Make sure to have an open mind to changes and new ideas. The money lies in the relationship to the people you work with.

Take time to develop trusting and long lasting relationships with clients, partners and coaches. Trust me, it pays.

Rule 9: Create a strong brand in your chosen topic.

A brand is one of the strongest proofs of your credibility and skills. You can build a solid brand through this forum by participating in discussions, sharing your values, giving insights to your perspectives..

Your reputation has a lot to do with how successful you become.
Make sure to keep your suit clean and neat, so that other people can see that you are the one they should be looking for.

Some people are afraid to provide too much value because they might be giving away something for free. Others are too scared to participate in anything because they think they have nothing to share.

You need to develop your mindset to the point where you are willing to help people in a professional way without any dirty thoughts.

The more value you give, the more value will come back to you.

Rule 10: Market your knowledge.

Obviously, in order to make money you need to market your knowledge, values, and expertise. You can do that through running services, providing coaching, selling ebooks, selling software, selling training programs, and many more.

Don't forget that online marketing is all about marketing. It's about how well you can market yourself more than the quality you provide. Your marketing is the key in generating thousands a month.

I hope you could benefit from my points outlined above. If you have questions or want to share your thoughts, please do so. I will answer any questions you might have.

To your success,

Gerald

great post. so many people get caught up in the dollars. the money is the end goal, the question people need to ask themselves is how to get there, then work out a plan. Work out a plan for yourself not simply looking for a plan to follow.

I agree - knowing what you want is one thing, but doing it is something entirely different.

It's better to know less but do more about what you know.

I agree with all of your points, especially when it's about planning and being clear on what you want to do with your day. If you don't plan, you'll just sit around, following random thoughts.

Way too many people are focused on buying the next new big tool that will generate all the results they need.

I think that the broader your thinking becomes in terms of what you need at any given moment, the faster you will grow.

Focus on all aspects, and not just one.

      Really?

You tell people you earn over $5000 per month, completely exclude anything about how you make money, tell them they need coaching, and finally you offer coaching guaranteeing $5000 per month in your sig.

      Give me a break.

        This x100.

Coaching is overrated. You don't need it until you attain a certain level of success. That's how it works in most other business areas (entrepreneurs with original/good, tested business ideas in need of funding, etc), apart from IM.

Also, a monetary figure such as $5000/month is no credential. It could have easily been a fluke even - I made more than that in a month by "accident" when I sold one of my first sites. It was luck, nothing else.

If anything, making only $5000/month and feeling ready to be a coach and happy with where you are shows that you could use some business coaching yourself. Set big goals and work that business idea until you hit $50k/month or more. Then acquire assets, build up passive income streams and write a book on how you did it.

        Best of luck!

Even though I agree with you to an extent- there are dozens of marketers- probably more- that will say they never would have become successful without a good coach.

          Just food for thought.

That's why I said most businesses. Being a marketer is hardly a "business" - it's just one aspect of running one.

Exactly my point - making $5000/month and scaling it to $50K/month or more is much harder than "coaching" someone how to make $5000/month. If he really makes $5000 or w/e per month from his business, he needs a good business/investment coach to take him to the next level.

            That's very accurate.

Very few people are able to self coach (mostly introverts), but even those don't do it optimally.

I have worked with people and helped them go through 4 figures a month to 5 figures a month.

You don't need to be an expert in everything to be able to coach someone.. your thinking and perspective just needs to be a little bit more advanced or more towards success.

Coaching is definitely a decent factor of how fast you will grow, it's not everything. Your intention should be on getting as much training as you can.

All I can say is this; show me an online marketer who doesn't invest in proper training (because he thinks he doesn't need it), and I show you a losing online marketer.

Many people have a big mouth but no results. Results are the only real measure of success.

I think what you don't know is the business model which has nothing to do with the strategy.

Many know their business model but don't have the proper mindset and strategy.

These action steps work for any online marketing strategy.

You need to choose a business model independent from this thread and apply the principles outlined in my thread, and it will work.

Great post. I agree with most of them especially focusing and writing down your goals. This has always been something that has helped me personally achieve what I wanted.

I don't agree with the coaching though as I personally didnt need a coach and its not for everyone. If you have the dedication and focus to knuckle down and do the research yourself you can achieve what you want without forking out a lot of money for a coach. I don't suggest a coach if you are down to your last few pennies. The WF itself is a great coach!

    Gerald,

FANTASTIC post!!! The points you outlined here is something we all need to be reminded of because we tend to lose sight of being consistent in our goal-setting, planning and implementation.

For newbies or those of us who tend to lose focus easily, having a plan and working that plan will help to keep us on track. I do agree that a coach can be an excellent factor in the equation for a person who can't stay focused.

There are a lot of IMers who have an issue with staying focused, coming up with a viable plan, and/or sticking to one thing from start to profit. Having a coach would make all the difference in whether they continue to spin their wheels or get some traction and begin to move forward on a path of success where they are growing and achieving their goals and dreams.

    Success leaves clues!

Thanks or sharing your thoughts Jarrett!

One of the biggest things that can hold you back from learning is definitely your ego.

For a lot of people, their ego is their biggest barrier..

I think you are also working o have been working together with Vicky, correct? Also working together with her now

    Gerald,

    That's a great post.

This caught my attention. '' Some people are afraid to provide too much value because they might be giving away something for free. Others are too scared to participate in anything because they think they have nothing to share.

You need to develop your mindset to the point where you are willing to help people in a professional way without any dirty thoughts.

The more value you give, the more value will come back to you.''

However, I would have expected you reveal one or two strategies in detail that you use. Or are they your secret weapons?

      I appreciate your feedback Mary!

Sure, my primary weapons are coaching, flipping Adsense sites, and providing services.

The reason why I didn't got to deep into the technical part, is because I wanted to focus on the essence rather than on a single strategy.
