Any good essential services that I should know about?

I was wondering, are there any monthly services that you feel are essential to have in your arsenal of business tools?

I'm talking about Fiverr-like services, but ones that are more professional that are worth paying for monthly. Any sort of set and forget things that actually work? It can be anything -- I'm trying to get ideas for what would help my business more...link building? video production? article writing? anything would help -- thanks guys!

Article writing will help you a lot in getting targeted traffic from search engines. I'm not talking about posting articles on article directories, but having valuable content created for your website. You can find talented writers on freelancer websites (elance, vworker, odesk, etc) at very low costs..

Automation. If you can offer a service to provide automation of a common task you will do well.

I have personal experience of this with my attempt at automating website promotion using scripts.

Thank you...actually I'm looking for ways to automate things for myself. But I'm not sure what I should be looking at. I'm wondering if there is something that would improve where I'm at that I hadn't even thought of before?

I know a lot of things can be automated, but I'm not for certain what I should be automating.

Find your repeated task or anything that you personally don't like to do. It is also depends on your needs. Don't just randomly pay for anything that not suit with your plan or task in hand. If you have website and spend most of the time writing good articles/post then maybe you can outsource the SEO. The reason of outsourcing it or automating it is to get you focus on thing that you like most or best doing it or simply to get the best service that helps to boost your plan.

I definitely recommend finding a good outsourcer who is excellent in writing blog posts on a variety of topics. This is very important because when you build up your affiliate sites, you need to keep the content fresh to keep your site in Google's good graces!

I've found my go-to guy on odesk and have been using him for a long time. So two thumbs up for odesk when it comes to content outsourcing!

So if you're going to develop blog-style affiliate sites, this is an area that you should have covered!

Well, I suppose what sort of business you have! I think we've all assumed you're in to IM, MMO, that sort of thing. Is that right?

I think it's probably very obvious, but do you have an e-mail autoresponder? I use A-weber, after a recommendation from my friend who makes a lot of money online, and I can definitely say it's excellent.

Yes, I have GetResponse, but I haven't gotten too heavy into list building as of yet. I'm actually in many different niches.

I'm trying to simplify things....by the way, does anyone know whatever happened to CB Notify? I'm trying to find an alert system for my desktop or browser.

I suppose I'm trying to find good services for content promotion...automated link services, video and content distribution services -- anything good?
