Email addresses for multiple niche sites

For those of you with multiple niche sites do you use separate email addresses for each site or do you have a catch-all email address for them? I'm thinking different email addresses just to keep everything separate but would like to know what other people are doing?

    I create an address for each domain to keep it consistent with the website, but I forward all of them to one email address. Makes it easier that way.

    I also plan to run each one as an independent business with it's own accounts and everything.

    I read somewhere you should always build your business as if you plan to sell it at some point. So setting up individual addresses makes sense.

    I use Mozilla Thunderbird and it aggregates all the accounts under one interface for easy sorting, reading, and replying.

    You should definitely have separate emails, each one with the format of info@mysite.com or sales@mysite.com or yourname@mysite.com.

    Then open a separate yahoo or gmail account and forward the email addresses from all your sites to this address and keep your personal email totally separate.

    It looks more professional to have an email address set up for each domain using that domain in the address.

    So i usually have one for each site forwarded to a primary.
