Hi,

When checking my emails this morning this one email really stood out from the crowd.

This guys seems to have skipped the lesson on building trust.

Though as I'm writing I wondering if this email has a awesome ctr because of irregularities it contains.

If your using pen names please make sure your using the right name at the right time.

  • Lol.

"I'll be very straightfoward" says Michelle in an email from Mark.

Hey maybe Mark IS Michelle... but just at weekends.
  • LMAOOO
So, is it Mark, Michelle or Terry?
    Is it on purpose????
  • Hahahha what a marketing fail.

  • Obviously confused about who they are.
    Or split personality.
  • Wow, they must be confused.

    Failblog material right there.

    • I thought the same, I uploaded it earlier.
    • You just broke rule number one, 3 times in 1 post.

      I'm impressed.

  • Multiple Personality Disorder?
  • Maybe had 3 people write him the email?
  • That's definitely SPAM so the rule was broken from the
    "send" button.

S/HE is/are not trying to build any trust at all but
    to make a quick sale.

  • I saw Mark, then Michele and was like 'ok funny little mistake, it happens'.

But then Terry jumped in and I was facepalming myself.
  • HAHA, it's pretty sad how people mess up email marketing with such ridiculous acts.

It is ALL about gaining credibility in the eyes of the people on your list and gaining their trust.

At least we still don't know the person who wrote that and what his or her name is... that would have been even more embarrassing for them!
  • lol I think that's just a spam mail.
