Another one that does really well for us consistently is the green arrow style squeeze from Optimizepress. We've modified it a little and added a second horizontal optin below the fold, like Ryan mentioned int he video. We use that as one of the go-to templates because it's consistently converted well.

(Note: To avoid breaking any forum rules I'm not in anyway commenting on the quality of the materials promoted by the sales page, just the sales page itself)

For me, there are two sales pages I've encountered that really stand out. First- you can't have any thread talking about this kind of thing without mentioning the (original) Rich Jerk. As far as I'm concerned, that redefined how sales pages should be written, and was by all accounts incredibly effective.

A more recent version of this (I think it was last year) was the sales video/letter for Go Click Cash. My oh my, was that a well produced video. The guy came across in a similar vein to RJ, but the video ran for a good 40 minutes and did a really good job of selling people onto the idea of the lifestyle that IM can bring. It was so effective, in fact, that I actually found some part of my subconscious switching to 'buy mode' when watching it. I didn't make the purchase, but kudos to whoever wrote that!
