Well, it's Sunday morning for me in Sydney AU, but yesterday I was productive; I completed my entire To Do list (little brag... :-))

Sadly, this morning I haven't been productive, because my Internet connection vanished for two hours.

Now it's back, I'm enjoying the WF for half an hour, until it's time to get back to work.

Hope everyone's having a productive day, no matter where you are in the world...

I've started 2 articles today, and I'm finishing of a couple that I did a few days ago so they are ready to go on my website.

I'm also going to write the first 5 auto-responder messages, a confirmation page, and a thank you page.

Tomorrow I'll probably start a few articles and finish one from today.

Then I'm ready to start hunting for traffic. I can't wait.

There is no weekend for the next few months, lol

I've done perhaps 4 hours of work today. I've done more thinking on strategy today than anything, which is hard to qualify. I'm spending a bunch of time making sure a new website is set up before truly starting backlinking. Within the next couple days I'll find my real work ethic with that!

I revamped my website system, cleaned my house, met with my new landlord, had 3 kids underfoot, got keys to my new house, had lunch with my finacee, had new tires dropped off for a mustang my finacee and I are restoring and almost sold our infinity skyline at the dealership. Now, I am awaiting for my finacee to come home, so we can go see our new house and start brainstorming on paint colors. Not much web work, but a busy day none the less.

I've had four kids running around all day - 2 mine, 2 neighbors. They're all boys though and well armed with Nerf guns and swords so I figure as long as I don't hear any breaking glass, I'm good to keep working. Rethinking this...I should have put them to work cleaning the house...

I had planned to do a lot of work today, but tornado warnings and severe thunder storms got in the way so I didn't have internet access. Ended up playing Scrabble and watching movies instead.

My "days off" are Tuesday and Thursday, because I have classes those days. I usually still do a little bit of work though.

I was surprisingly productive. I spent 5-7am (insomnia, gah) building a new site, then 7 - 9am doing keyword research for another affiliate site, and bought the URL. Then I proofread an article I wrote yesterday and submitted it, wrote two other articles, then this evening I've started building the second site, that I did the kwr for this morning.

Unusually productive day!

I put in at least 4 hours every day.
Weekends, major holidays, no day is safe.. haha. Even if you're primarily outsourcing, communicating with your contracted labour isn't an optional task if you have a particular end result in mind.

Besides...

In my book, you're either dedicated or you're not. :p

I tend to just give myself a day or two of 'weekend' in the middle of the week, rather than on Saturday or Sunday.

Some of the responses in this thread make it sound like YOU SHOULD do IM 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Take a break guys!

On a saturday, I spend a few hours just to check everything is ticking over, same with a sunday. But I never go over board with cramming work in.

Arrived for work at 7am.
Worked until 3:30pm
Arrived home via bus at 5:30pm
Started working online at 6:00pm
Fixed some theme issues.
Put in some support tickets regarding other issues.
Sent and answered some emails from potential partners.
Did some keyword research.
Did some design work.
Still going...

I just spend more time with family and friends on Saturday. However my brain cannot stop working on Saturday night so I usually spend 1-3 hours online.

If there is any interesting EPL match, I just lay back and watch them so it is a totally day off for me. Yeah I am another football/soccer junkie.

Saturday can often be the most productive day for IM'ers that are still holding down a full time job (myself included, kind of...)

But while I usually do get a lot done, today I just haven't been able to get into it. So I've done nothing. Damn.

There's still 8 hours in the day... So hopefully I'll get a good 3 - 4 hours in after dinner.

Well, it's Monday now in my country... my Saturday is always a non-working day for me since I have to at least have a day to release all the pressures and stress that I had from my work. This way, I can avoid getting sick, it's hard to get sick these days since, we can't work at our best..
