question concerning keywords for seo. 911!!

i have traffic travis and i was doing keyword research on "text you ex back" cb product that im an affiliate for. i write articles so my keyword was text your ex back review" there were a small number of monthly searches but for another key word listed that didnt have my product name or review or anything but the keyword had like 14000 monthly searches (usa) & competition low 32 % (or so)...the question is does that mean i can try for that keyword and it would be easy to rank? would i have to alter my article to have those specific keywords in my article for seo pruposes? any thoughts appreciated. :confused:

    Well it would be better to write new articles for those keywords. But, we cant really tell you whether it would be good to try and rank for those keywords because you havent given us enough info. Many times I thought I found a gem of a keyword only to actually take a look for myself and decide that it wasnt worth going for.
