Obviously, very few people ever manage to create a full time income. Only a few percent out of a 100% manage to create a full time income.

Even if you are full time already, it doesn´t mean that you will consistently make that income.

You need to reinvent yourself all the time and do new things.

Its a moving target at all times...you always have to find new ways to earn an income. And now with Google changing SEO methods...it will impact this field once again.

i love the change Google is making. I think it is necessary to weed out all of the people who lazy their way around to make money online. If you aren't going to dominate then you shouldn't win. Only those who push beyond their potential should prosper.

I believe a lot of people make it work because they do all the steps 100% "by the book", whatever that is

I myself is still having trouble choosing the method I want to stick with and then I have like no time at all to work on it... which makes it pretty close to impossible. So follow earlier advice and work on it 100% and maybe you will succeed...

I do - but after building many streams of income from different sources.
Tip for affiliate sales: Find products on say Clickbank that bring repeat monthly sales - monthly subscriptions. Push hard to get loads of sales and you get an auto monthly income for a long time.
Another tip: Every Twitter Follower is a potential client - they are warm leads. So target a couple each day and make a real contact. If local ask to meet up in person. If other side of the world, ask to Skype and have a real chat.

Don't just rely on messaging and email contact - be real and make real friends.

Part time for 4 years and full time for 6 years now. The key is getting a system in place that works for you and then doing it over and over. Today that should include doing what you like to do best and outsourcing the rest.
