FLIPPA SITES FOR ADSENSE OR WARRIOR FORUM???

Hi...im not new to this site...im just finally about to take action...i would like to know...do you feel it would be easier or better for someone like myself who has never made a dime online (besides selling on ebay years ago)...to just save up my hard earned money that i worked a job for and just occassionally purchase websites off flippa that are making $100 per month and up from adsense...or start from scratch...and not know who to buy a website from on this warrior forum and just test teh waters and not be sure if i will make money from adsense?? i wont mind puttin some time into other projects but its just something about adsense and its connection to google that makes me want to have this as a foundation of passive income....making $1500 or more per month off adsense farm of site basically...so i know this money will continuously come...rather than trial and error something else.....what are your thoughts??? should i just invest in flippa sites til collectively i'm making abouy $2500 per month...cuz thats all i want to make right now anyway to secure my children...i'ma single father of 3....and $2500 per month garanteed is great......share ur thoughts....thanks!

    My thoughts are you aren't going to get anywhere near $2,500 per month with that plan. I WOULD not recommend purchasing Adsense sites these days. There are way too many issues with it.

    The money will never 'come continously' without putting a lot of effort into it.

    You should start slow. Buy a cheap turnkey website in a pretty decent niche. Find ways to get a little traffic to it and then try to flip the website, just to get your feet wet. Start with these free ebooks below. Flipping websites can be very lucrative, but you have to start out slow.

    If you are buying sites from Flippa, ensure you have the earnings proofs, do some research if that's not seasonal, (Example Christmas gift sites sold after December is definitely not a good buy & the revenue proof you see may not sustain), look for the time required to maintain the site for regular flow of income and decide based on that. Just the earnings proofs are not good enough to decide buying a site.

    I would recommend buying adsense sites from the forum. There are many sellers here selling sites with lots of reviews. It is harder to trust sellers on Flippa unless they have a lot of good feedback.

    Have a look through the websites for sale section of the forum and you will find a lot of very good offers.
