Some critique of my daily marketing efforts please?

I have been printing out my marketing checklist every morning and today as I was doing my tasks I felt like i was wasting time on some of the things I was doing.

Could you take a look and tell me if theres anything I should remove/add? Its hard to tell when my efforts are exceeding what I should be getting paid if that makes any sense. In another words. Doing activities that aren't high paying.

I have 3 niche websites. One of them is bringing in about 3000-3500 per month. The other two are fairly new. I do these activites for all three websites every day 7 days a week. Not in order. The only outgoing cost i have is i paid for article marketer one quarter 89bucks. Other than that i do no ppc, and no paid keyword tools.

- Write 2 articles for each site/after indexed submit to article marketer with one of the links pointing back to article on my site
- write and submit 3 articles to EZA
- make and submit 1 youtube video per week to youtube
- write a new or work and tweat an existing autoresponder message or report.
- submit each website to 5 directories
- submit my eza rss feed to 5 rss directories (none of my sites are blogs so i dont do it for the sites, although as much as i add content i should. I just dont know how to add rss feed to a static site)
- 20 minutes keyword/niche/idea research for each website/niche
- 1 hour studying of some kind of program, book or course.

Thats pretty much what i do on a daily basis. Anyone have any ideas on what I should add? My goal by the end of summer or at worst end of year is 15k/mo. Anything i am severely missing?

I was thinking maybe start building more web 2.0 sites? squidoo, hubs, etc et?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think you could start adding some press releases. AT least 3 per week, one for each of your niches.

    Bookmark your articles

Create some free blogs and link them to your main websites and post to them at least twice per week. Ping them with pingomatic.com

Go to places like link metro and do some link exchanges

Find forums and make at least 5 post per day per niche

I would suggest getting some submission software to cut down your daily activities too.

I use Incansoft's software for most of my article and RSS submissions. It's cheap and gets the job done.

Beat me to it :p Jake - I think your daily schedule is pretty solid, but you could cut down the time you're spending on article/RSS/directory/video submissions by buying some of the Incansoft 'Bots':-

I agree with Casey about press releases too. I'd also add a few more things to the mix, such as:-

      -Blog commenting
-Rewriting/spinning your content and submitting it to more directories

As you said, I'd definitely recommend creating a presence for your sites on the various web 2.0 sites too.
