Micro vs Macro Niche Marketing

I am trying to get into niche marketing, but I can't decide one thing. For a beginner or a seasoned niche marketer, is it better to deal with micro or macro niche marketing? I guess I'm wondering, taking effort into account, which (macro vs micro) is more efficient and smarter way to make money.

Well if you are a beginner micro niche marketing is favorable since it is more focused.

Take it from someone who once owned about 2,000+ different domain
names on hundreds of different micro niches and who has spent about
$40,000 or more on just buying/renewing domain names...

If I had to start all over again, I would not go with a "micro" niche.

Instead, I will start with a "macro" niche and work to make it a huge
    authority
. The good thing with a "macro" niche is that you can end up
putting many other "micro" niches WITHIN that huge authority macro,

If you must go the approach of "micro" niche... just pick one, not many
at the same time, and work it all day and night - until it becomes an
authority in that niche, before moving on to the next, if you must.

That's the idea that I go with as well, start off with a micro niche site and then expand it to an authority niche site over time as you add more kw's and articles to the site.

Do micro niche marketing. Easier to get your feet wet and start earning some income in a relatively short period of time.
