Site Promotion System Software?

Is there some type of software out there where I can pre-program a series of steps that will launch?

Once I set up a website, I'd like to be able to keep track of promotion. So the software, once launched, should be able to schedule up Step 1 at 10 days, Step 2 at 15 days, Step 3 at 30 Days, Step 4 at 45 days....etc.

Anyone know of anything like that?

What precisely do you mean? What kind of thing would you be doing in Step 1, Step 2, etc?

It sounds easy to program software to do what you are asking - but it's difficult to know whether the software exists without knowing what the software might be being asked to do.

It should go do something like:

Day 1) Order directory submission package from Tabish

      Day 2) Drop a PR4+ Blog Comment

      Day 3) Drop a PR4+ Forum Post

      Day 4) Publish New Post

Day 5) Blog Comment Backlink to New Post

Day 6) Order Link Wheel From Fiverr

      Day 7) Publish New Post

Day 8) Blog Comment Link to New Post

Day 10) Order Article Samurai Submission

      Day 12) Publish New Post

Day 13) Order Fiverr Social Bookmarking Gig & Point at Inner Page

Day 20) Drop PR4+ Blog Comment

Day 22) Drop PR4+ Forum Post

Day 30) Order Fiverr SENuke Gig

      Day 45) Order Link Pyramid

        What exactly is your goal?
        • Do you want to just track your daily tasks? You can find 100's of task management software, just Google it.

        • Do you want to have software do all the steps for you?
BTW, I think you are not going to find such a software, which can do all the steps you want.

you can use ubotstudio to automate some tasks without any programming skills though.

My goal is to, at the click of a button, have the software schedule the listed tasks out at the pre-defined intervals. This seems pretty logical, but I'm not finding it out there, or I'm not looking in the right place.

This type of thing is used in Real Estate Agent software all the time. An agent, who sells a house, wants to have a pre-determined series of steps scheduled out over time from the day that they help their client close on a sale so he can keep in touch so they remember him 5 years later when they go to sell the house they just bought. It would be something like this:

1 Day Later) Send Thank-You Card

15 Days Later) Mail out "Move In Tips" Brochure

60 Days Later) Personal Call to See How the Move Went

100 Days Later) Mail some kind of card

360 Days Later) Mail the "1 Year Home Ownership Anniversary" Card

550 Days Later) Personal Phone Call to See How Things are Going

900 Days Later ) You get the point

You see how you could close on a house any day of the month and you'd want the tasks spaced out from that day. They don't need a time-of-day deadline or anything, just as long as it's done that day. You'd just need to be able to launch an individual instance of this time-spaced checklist for each house you sold. Super simple.

The same idea applies here. I buy a website, I want to do certain tasks 10 days, 30 Day, 45 Days, 90 Days, 120 Days, 360 Days out from the time I buy it. I buy a lot of websites, so I need to be able to launch these plans from a template I build one time and apply to all the different websites I begin promoting.

Just in case anyone comes across this thread in the future, you can use a service called 5pm.com.

Just create a project with the spaced tasks and whenever you need, just clone the project.
