What tool for new web project?

Hi all,
What tool do u use for newly create web? For instance the tool
Should keep track of content , Seo mini projects,writer, designer, payment etc?
Currently I'm using excel n word but it really not

    I am going to give away some secrets to you, but I would highly recommend setting up wordpress, and then getting a WooTheme. Once you did this, setting up a nice site should be a breeze.

    What tools do you mean? development tools or client management tools or CMS?
    For cms use wordpress, joomla, or any cms.
    Development tools use notepad++ or eclipse or any text editor and local web server such as xampp, uniform server, etc.
    Client management use ActiveCollab, dotproject, and many more.

    Hmm . I mean how donu keep track of ur project? For e.g. To do list kind of thing. I may need to do 1- find writer, 2- seo .3- post schedule . 4. Article posting 5- social book mark 6 link wheel . Etc... As u can see there r so many things to do for a website to be successful. At the moment I keep the to do list on word or and excel. Now I would like to make things more easy than this. Any ideas of the tool?
