Recently I integrated Live Chat on my website and its working great.

I am using LiveZilla ( an open source) and its free.

Thought you may be searching for such great script.

You can download it from here LiveZilla - Freeware Live Support / Freeware Live Help - Official Website

Now you can chat with your visitors and hopefully, you can convert them as a customer

If you want to see the demo then come on my site I will show you how it works. ( use pen name Warrior-test. ( url in my sig )

I started adding Help Desk Software, Live Chat, Support Software | ClickDesk live chat support to my websites and I been getting a lot of requests for live chats and I have noticed sales increasing.

I think when people see a live chat icon on a website and it shows the website is active and they like to get answers right away, if you can get them all the info you need then should be no issues to make a sale.

What I like about clickdesk is that I just get the messages to my skype or gtalk messenger, I don't need to run any other software.

I usually have conversations With My Partially Converted Buyers via Email.

They optin to test the beta Version and then I impress them to buy the whole product.

Live chat is realtime so can be used for Customer support but email is email. And yes Just offer a Phone call to get the customer all by your side.

I like the idea of live chat, but would not like the distraction of having to respond to the chats.

I am trying to minimise distractions at the moment so I can concentrate on product creation. I will look at the chat options for when the products go live as support, although on launch might consider it for support purposes for a couple of days.

Thanks for the idea and tools.

    Cheers

I am a little reluctant to use live chat. Doesn't it annoy you with unwanted people troubling and chatting with you? Not quite sure though!!

Live chat is the greatest way to increase sales (esp. when it's free!)

Live chat is extremely important for me: I both use LiveAgent and Kayako Fusion (on two different e-commerce websites).

Live chat converts well in some cases: I can say that I already cover licenses expenses in about 1 month.

So my suggest is to use these systems.
