How to sell a website?

I have website that I'm thinking of selling. It earns about 100$ monthly on AdSense. Where I can put it for sale and how much should I price it?

    Flippa.com is the obvious choice.

    What always beats me is why people sell sites that are making money? Would you not prefer to have multiple sites that are making small incomes like this? And surely, if you work at it, you could increase its monthly revenue?

      I just need the money. And secondly I want to start something Google independent, if it is possible

    Digital point forum is also a good place to list your website for sale and at the same time interact with potential buyers. Who knows you might end up multiplying the site's revenue quickly and keep it, or sell it to someone who appreciates your site.

    I am also a member of Digital point, you can put your post as ( WTS ) means wants to buy mode... there have lot of good buyers..

      Now I'm going to ask an obvious question for many of this site users. What WTS stands for?
      Does anyone have an idea how much I should price the site if it brings $100/month?

    I sold a website that was making 300 - 400 each month on Flippa because I was in desperate need of cash. I sold it for 3k, had to share half with a partner. Wish I would've kept it. Oh well!

    WTS = Wanted to Sell or Wanting to Sell

    If you can provide proof of traffic / income you should be able to sell it for around $1000 pretty easily and more with a bit of effort on promoting the sale.
