Any Way to Get Help from the Zoo?

I made a purchase from JVZoo and it never showed up in my account.

There seems to be no way to actually contact anyone in customer service at the Zoo for help. The contact link leaves me no way to attempt to correct the problem.

It's a real Zoo! Any suggestions to get this problem resolved? I probably will not make any further purchases in the Zoo unless they provide a more direct way to get help.

    If you need support for an individual product or for a purchase, you must contact the product owner directly.

    The support contact information is on each purchase receipt right above the download link.

    Please go to My Purchases to view your receipts and contact the product owner directly. JVZoo.com support cannot give product specific support help.

    So what is the problem exactly?

    If the payment was processed, send your paypal transaction id to the seller.

    Might have been a temporary paypal or server glitch? Are you saying this happens all the time or just this one instance? Have some patience, contact the product owner who sold you this product and you should be getting a download link right away. JvZoo doesn't issue download links for products you buy through their support system, you have to contact the actual seller as directed.

    P.S. I've been instantly directed to the download area for every purchase I made at JvZoo except one. I contacted the seller, he told me he had server issues so the payment wasnt recorded in JvZoo - and he gave me my download.

    To which email address did the payment go to?

    In other words, who received your payment?

    Even if JV Zoo makes it hard for you to reach them, the seller will be able to get you to your product as soon as they open the message from you.
