What software does this type online presentation?

I see this constantly in the investment world. A narration comes on when you hit the page and the words are 'typed' as you listen. The words are sometimes replaced by a graphic image. If you click the browser tab to kill the page, a window pops up with two choices, Leave Page (or) Stay On Page. If you click Stay On Page, it becomes a static script of the presentation, along with graphics.

EDIT: I am interested in the presentation software.

      Camtasia has many feature. Just try it. If you can't a favor try some crack version for your trial then if you like the feature then that's the time to buy new one

    Jing is free, also snagit and camtasia, not for free but it has a free trial. All of them create quick demo videos that you can share with anyone.
