My new website needs traffic!! Where should I start?

Hey Guys!!

I just started a new site that sells iPhone Accessories online. Cases, chargers, speakers etc...Where should I start to build some quality traffic and get some sales. I'm already running a google adwords campaign and it's not looking so good. My p[rices are competitive I just need some quality traffic.

any suggestions???

    I had a similar problem and that all changed when I offered something for free on my website. Also build yourself a youtube channel and optimize a couple videos that should get you ranked higher pretty fast.

    Also don't overlook social media... it can be a powerful tool.

      If your adwords campaign is not doing good, stop it now. Focus on other forms of traffic such as forum, youtube, blog, classified and SEO.

      Since you are selling physical products, try Classified ads on USFREEADS. Make sure you get the premium membership to post unlimited ads and buy feature ads after your ads have been posted. I know of people selling physical products who get a decent amount of traffic from there.

        Usfreeads does not work anymore they did back in the day I had a premium account for a few years but the results were not that great past couple of years.

        Your better off trying backpage sponsor ads better results

    Try hubpages for starters make a few good hubs talking about iphone accesories targeting your keywords. ( Good place to start )

    I would also recommend a few free press releases prlog.org is a great one to use.

    I agree with the suggestion that you stop the adword campaign until you have enough money to burn on optimizing it.

    A quick source of traffic is a facebook fan page for your site, post your products one by one and include your competitive price in each post, then buy facebook ads for it. It will take them like 24 hours at least to approve the ads, and it will be cheaper to advertise the fan page on facebook than if you advertise the site itself.

    I hope this helps you start. For Google adwords try to get through their education and training material and get certified and accredited.

    For adword to work your page must convert and you are better off sending your adword traffics to your squeeze page, that way you will get to keep contacts of 65%+ of adword traffic instead of losing everything by sending them to your website directly.

    You will get more result through a squeeze than and also be able to build a potential buyers list as well as promote new offers to them.

    Another way of getting traffic is through organic traffic. This certainly takes a while but its damn worth it because its FREE and Targeted.

    If you have some money, try 7search. I got 100+ visits yesterday for like 2 bucks. If you're campaign is well targeted, you should get some good results..

      we like to use press releases and blogs, and article syndiation. They are working the best for us.

      I have tried 7search PPC traffic as it is dirt dirty cheap, however we got mixed results. For different niches I am hearing some people have small successes though. Just goes to show you need to try various traffic sources and see which one works best for you.

    Keep on adding quality content and helpful content than you will automatically get ranked in search engine specially in Google so you can start seeing results..

    Or otherwise you go for adwords not Google but others..

    Next I will suggest article marketing, submitting unique content every day..I hope this helps..

    It might be worth setting up an "iphone news" / blog section on the site, and update it regularly with quality posts on iphone related news, this will help with getting your site ranked for various iphone related phrases and keywords. Also push your business hard through the various social media channels. Get on you tube with a few simple instructional videos.

    Try and readjust your budget between Google Ads and FB Ads and just benchmark your performance within a smaller time frame.. If it is still not fetching results, then venture into solo ads and other measures suggested here...
