INTERNET MARKETING

Recently I was looking for ideas for promoting products with a small email list and saw that an option that looked promising was using Ebay Classified Ads. They are cheap and last for about 30 days for those that don't know much about them.

Now, the post that I saw on the WarriorForum was older and said that Ebay Classified Ads was a promising way of promoting. My question is has anyone used Ebay Classified Ads recently for promoting products and if so have they done well?

Yes I have , but it was a while ago when the classified ads were on tbe actually ebay site. Now I believe they have a seperate ebay classifieds website that stands alone as well. Never tried the stand alone website.

classified ads makes the more and more traffic to our site and ebay is one of the most important classified ad site. So to make the submission on such site is very necesssary to get the traffic very fast.

I tried the classified add at ebay.com.au it cost about $60 I got 5 views & no sales.

ebay.com charge $9.95 for classified ads and it last for 30 days. Make sure you have a good squeeze page & sales funnel (oto or upsell).

Personally, I recommend the UsFreeAds.com . I use it for my products and they have quite a high turnout rate !

my wife sells on ebay and does well on classified ads. Can't hurt anyways... test it out.. see what your conversions are like.

Really what will determine if you do well is first and foremost the title of your Ebay classified ad...if you don't have keywords that people are actually searching for on Ebay then the odds of potential customers finding your ad to begin with are very low...

Then the actual offer has to be enticing enough to make them buy/opt-in/visit your website...

I haven't had great results with Ebay classified ads...in a couple of cases decent results but nothing to get excited about...

But again your situation may be different depending on your title, the offer, and a few other factors...

And another important thing is to make sure you adhere to the rules about Ebay classified ads...I've had a couple of ads removed because I overlooked or misinterpreted a few of the rules...

But $9.95 for 30 days is a cheap way to advertise/try something out...try spending just $10 on Adwords :p
