From a "Prospect" list to a "buyers" list

So let me see if I got this right..

When you have a "Prospect" list and someone buys from that and you want to move them to a "Buyers" list do they HAVE to sign up again? Or can you automate the process automatically in your auto responder, let's say Aweber for example..

Or is it that they have to sign up in order to get the product...

It would seem a little odd if they have to enter their name and email every time you transfer them to a new let..

In aweber, you can't just add subscribers or move them to another list if they didn't fill that list's opt-in form, so you can't automatically move them to another list when they become buyers.

But you can use the automation feature in aweber, so when the buyer subscribe to your second list, he will automatically be removed from your first list.

So you basically would force him to subscribe otherwise you could not get/buy the product you "sold" him ?

    Thanks for your answer

So the "customer" so to say would move from one to another list without him ever consenting or knowing about it right?

It depends upon how you have your autoresponder,
shopping cart and sales funnel set-up.

The way I've got my system set-up, when someone
pays for a product, they get directed to a page that
offers them the opportunity to join the buyers list by
      typing in their details.

There's a download link on that page for the product
they've just paid for if they want to access their file
      without subscribing.

If they do subscribe to the buyer list then they get
directed to a page where they can access their
      download.

      Dedicated to mutual success,

there is actually an app that you can use which connects aweber with paypal so that everytime someone buys and pays at paypal they are added to your buyers list in your aweber

basically the same as what warrior plus does etc
