Hello out there! Introducing myself-

Hello everyone. Just joined the forum. Have been lurking for a few days now in my quest for new knowledge.

I've visited many forums recently that tend to either be negative or dwell on problems, rather than focus on solutions. The Warrior Forum seems to favor solutions-so I had to join.

I run an Ebay site full-time. Now I'm looking to diversify. I have 20+ different sites I'm working on right now for PPC, CPA, Affiliate, etc..All CMS and OS Commerce. Trying to get past some PHP and DB hurtles at the moment. I'm pretty new to this kind of IM.

I am hoping that I will gain some new knowledge to speed up my plans. As well as contribute some knowledge. I'm optimistic about this journey.

Hi and welcome the the WF!

You are quite right in saying this is the best place for positive feedback and knowledge. Nothing worse than working from home or on your own and not having the back up of like minded people. You will find all the help you need right here, and plenty of people who are running successful 6 & 7 figure business models. Surround yourself with that and you cannot fail!

All the best in your journey and once again welcome to the forum buddy!

Welcome and congrats! Even if you have just 1 posts (at the moment) and you just joined the forum, you're still doing better than ~80% of the people here I'd say, which are still struggling to make their first $ online. Keep it going!

    Cheers,

You should be optimistic! This place is the biggest library of internet marketing knowledge anywhere on the website, as far as I am concerned. The regular forums and incredibly helpful, whereas the War Room is just too useful

20 sites? That seems like a lot to manage for someone new to the field. Are they all related?

I'm looking forward to seeing you post. Good luck with your endeavors.

I realize 20 + projects seem like alot. Well it is. However, having run solo on Ebay for almost a year helps me do that.

Example: A large Ebay company will have an ad department, photo guy, a buyer, a CS department, and of course a bookkeeper. Multiple employees at best.

I run solo: so I run all of these on a daily basis. I am constantly working on multiple projects. But I pick certain days and certain times to work on each area-except shipping which is almost daily.

Right now when I work on my sites I'm breaking down the tasks in my dead time. I pick a site that I'm thinking about and write 3-5 posts. Then another day I submit x amount of sites to the SE's. And then on another I will generate a keyword list for A, B, and C sites. All while trying to tweak descent themes to suite my needs. You get the picture.

Once I figure something out what works I distribute that to all the sites it applies to.

Yeah it's alot in terms of goals- and when I get stuck on something I can't figure out I want to throw my laptop out the window. And proceed to stomp the living out of it. But I already work online-so I'm optimistic I will figure this all out fairly soon.

I will probably be reading this forum daily. I have no doubt you will hear me crying about x y and z. But it's fun too, right?
