Anyone Experienced In Buying The Right To Products??

Hey,

I'm looking to buy the rights to "high quality" information products. (not the usual plr that most people are selling selling)

I would be looking to get exclusive rights to hot products that are either under marketed or not promoted much anymore. I would be looking to purchase the rights to products that I would then sell via direct marketing (direct mail and magazine) here in the UK.

Are there any resources online for finding such products? or would I have to search for products then contact the publishers/owner and try to strike a deal?

If anyone has experience in this area please help advice on how best to approach this?

Also if anyone knows of any good course/products that teach this please let me no.

Thanks

mib

If you're looking for exclusive rights to high quality stuff be prepared to pay a lot. Exclusive rights will make you the only individual who can market that product. You'd probably be better off hiring a ghost writer and creating high quality products for known markets.

Sounds like you are onto something here.

Using the following technique you should have some decent results. What you want to do is head over to the clickbank Market Place and browse for the kind of products you are interested in. Set your Search on : lowest gravity&EPC's, we are in a nutshell looking for poorly performing products. You know the ones with the crappy sales letter?

Spot something you like contact the vendor and make an offer.
If their product was not performing well at all they will most likely make a deal.
    Hopefully this was helpful.

Actually... this has been happening but no one is teaching
this because you, first of all, need capital and a good plan
on what to do with what you've purchased.

Which is really hard to teach in a generic course.

What I do recommend though is that you take a look at
the website and see if it's "dying" - signs that the owner
has somewhat neglected it any may even consider
flipping the site/product, thereby, relinquishing all rights
could be any of these, if not more:

    - Old school graphics or graphics done by themselves
    - Poor formatting
    - Domain is old (more than a year) yet traffic is really low
    (likely in the millions)
    - Check if there have been any kind of promotions done
and how long ago was it. If an article was written to
promote it but it was a year ago... that could be a sign

Now, those are just some signs - but you'll need to have
a conversation with the product owner/vendor to know
    for sure.

There are loads of products on Clickbank, CJ, PayDotCom,
etc that the vendors have taken a lot of time and effort
to create... but neglected to do any promotion.

It's important that when you buy over the domain/product,
make sure they relinquish all rights to it.
