Hi folks
Which is the most authoritative website / method to determine the value of a site?

All of those sites are pretty much garbage.

How much money does your site make? You can multiply the monthly earnings by 12 for a decent estimate.

So a site making $1K a month may be worth $12K.

If its not making any money, it'll be harder to find a value.

  As general rule I buy sites at around 8 - 12 monthly earnings. If the site isn't making any money you have to guess the potential earnings of such a site in the future.
  
  Some sites can be worth lots of money even if they're not yet making money, the site could have a asset such as a list of members or some content which could have a certain amount of value.
  
  Ultimately a site is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it, you'll never know for sure. Its your best guess.

There is none. You cannot rely on software to determine the value of a site.
