fist clickbank sale ever

Yeah me
I have been doing this for a couple of years and like everyone else set up a clickbank account

I never did much with click bank however
Put up a few banners on a couple of sites that went nowhere a bit of PPC campaigns to test.
I have manly focused on CPA over the years

Anyway I went back to click bank this week with an idea to test a new PPC traffic source
Did some research (like an hour) looking at demgraphics of the traffic source
Went over to CB found a product that fitted with it
Created a PPC campaign and direct linked

Got my first sale yesterday
So I have $46 in my account
Spent $15 to get it
Profit $31

47 clicks generated the sale
Earning just under a dollar a click

I am happy. Going to continue with the campaign and see if i can get the full $100 to actually get paid by CB and scale up next week if I feel it is going well

    Congrats!

The first sale is always very special.

Now you just have to scale it up and the sky is the limit.

Congratulations and well done. I've tried CB in the past and although I did make a few sales they were few and far between and I never really got the hang of it.

You may be on to a winner there.

    Keep up the good work

    Congrats on your first sale!

My first sale on CB was a fluke. I put up some affiliate videos about a product. Just some slide shows. Never cared about them. But after 1 month, well what do ya know... 1 sale!

    Hey Espresso,

The first sale is always the best feeling ever! Hopefully you can scale it up and see the profits come in

Also don't just be contented with that one campaign. Try to promote various other products in and out of clickbank

    All the best !

This could be a fluke too
I will see. The ads been running for 5 days
I am under bidding and keep reaching my daily account budget limit
Will wait till I reach 100 clicks or $100 dollars in CB and then make a decision on scaling up

    Awesome work!

Now scale that campaign and try and squeeze every $$$'s you can out of it. When you have found a buying niche now is the time to put your foot down!

Congrats! Awesome feeling isnt it? Now you found an offer that's made you a sale, test by sending more traffic but at same time try split testing with a similar ad with just different intial first line copy. I would keep re-investing what you make so your always testing and learning. This along with consistency and persistence will allow you to find many great converting campaigns you can scale big.

    Wish you all the success

Want to make sure its not a fluke first and see if I generate another sale before scaling up
IF (and a big if ) I could generate $30 profit a day from one campaign I would be ecstatic.

I will see how it goes

From my experience yes it could be a fluke.. but then again you'll just need to drive more and more traffic to it first to be able to tell.

I personally have a clickbank product thats not doing so good ..YET.. keyword yet!
and i can make 3 sales with the same amount of traffic and then 0 for many days with more traffic. So really it depends. To be honest although you should care about conversions.. as long as you're profiting! just keep scaling!

Well done OP - first sale in the bag!

Now, analyze and refine your system...then Rinse & Repeat for sale no. 2, 3 etc. etc.

    Great stuff!

Actually just looking at my stats and have a question. Whats the difference between inital sales and gross sales in clickbank
I have 46.98 in my account but my inital sales says 1 and gross sales says 2

Congratulations! And keep up the good work.
Do some tests and see what works best. Keep the stuff that works for you best and let go of the rest.

    Yippee
    Another sale yesterday
2 sales and one upsale in the last week
Money in my CB account just under $87

Cost me $38 to get it

    Profit around $49 dollars

It took 105 clicks to get this so about a 2% sales rate

so I am making about 37c a click or just under
I am going to scale it up now and seeking any advice to do so other than just send more traffic
Is there away to figgure out what clicks are getting conversions in the back end of CB

MY WSO comes out next week

    Thanks
I have upped my daily rate in my PPC campaign to get more clicks and see how it goes
I have decided to set a goal of 100 euro a week profit with a first goal of 50 euro a week profit which I feel is achievable with a higher investment by me

I just need to figure out what keywords are converting best
