what is the best way to outsource the general job of traffic generation
Is it to hire an SEO expert, PPC person, someone to write articles or what

For short term traffic I would use PPC, for a massive amount of short term traffic find someone who specializes in viral marketing, and for long term but slow building traffic, find someone who does SEO.

Before I learned to do all of this stuff on my own, I would often post jobs to odesk.com, as you can outsource this stuff alot cheaper than hiring a company and a large amount of the time, the work is just as good.

SEO is not one day work it require regular work. If you want to generate instant traffic then better to start ad campaign like Google Adwords but these are costlier compared regular SEO techniques.

You can get 500 word articles written on iwriter.com for as little as $3 and then submit them to article directories this will bring you some quality incoming links for SEO

For me, the best way to outsource your traffic generation is by hiring SEO Expert.

SEO is really need a lot of time, dedication, and efforts. So, just outsource it to the expertsm so you can focus more on your business and make money.

For PPC, You could do it by yourself. It's easy, you don't need to outsource it. In fact, if you use Adwords, you can ask the Adwords Representative to create a campaign for you. And, it's free.
