Clickbank frequent double purchase?

Last week someone purchased the same product twice from my hoplink and then refunded the next day (the original and the duplicate purchase) so I didn't earn anything from him. Now this week, another guy purchased twice again (but he is yet to refund and I'm hoping he doesn't )

It's kinda weird that double purchases happens, is it a glitch in the system? Does this happen to you too?

    Yes it does happen. There is always a few minutes time lapse between the 2 purchases. My guess is that halfway through, after paying, the buyer either accidentally close the window or something interrupted the download process.

      There's a script you can install which prevents a double purchase.

    If you know he purchased twice I would go ahead and refund one and send the customer a short note telling him what happened.

    Alternatively, you could wait to receive two chargebacks.

      May not be a good idea because the customer could in the meantime have
      requested a refund for the other. What I do is notify the customer
      and ask if he wants me to refund a particular transaction.
