How Do You Keep Track of All Your Projects?

I find myself managing a lot of different vendors working on many different tasks. Some people do writing, some people to SEO, some people do social media marketing. At the same time I am working on a lot of different things myself.

I find myself consistently loosing track of things, and letting things go. I was wondering if you could recommend some tips from your life, on how you stay efficient with managing stuff?

    Good old fashioned excel spreadsheet!

I have my 'daily work' spreadsheet open constantly.

Front page I list 31 days down and 12 months across and every time I think - Oh I must to that next week - I go and put it the day on my spreadsheet. I use the front page like a diary.

Second page, I keep valuable urls, passwords and notes.

Third page, ideas and things I will 'one day get around to'.

I know it's old fashioned but it really works for me.

If I were you I'd have an excel spreadsheet for vendors and have a different page each for seo, writers, tasks etc

Yeah, I think this is the easiest way to keep track of tasks. I also think calendars work well for this purpose.

    I do two things:

    1. Make sure that I don't put my eggs in too many baskets (a.k.a. don't have too many projects open at once).

    2. I don't procrastinate. When something needs to be done, it gets done at that moment, no matter how long it takes.

I also have a notebook that I use sometimes to write down notes or organize thoughts.

Also forgot to mention the calendar on my iPhone. Not sure what I would do without it! Not only does it come in handy for remembering important things I need to do in my personal life, it also helps remind me when I need to check up on certain things or when certain payments should be issued.

Yep i agree, i manage all my work on spreadsheets. Nicely sorted in different folders. I have tried various to do apps and online programs but spreadsheets are very flexible and suits most needs.
