Amazon and states

I live in a non-Amazon friendly state. I work and file a tax return in neighboring state. Does anyone know if a post office box is sufficient to sign up as an affiliate in that state? Maybe a silly question, but I have some ideas that I simply can't do with my address.

    I use a PO Box address for almost everything. I am in a non-Amazon friendly state also. If I had a PO Box in another state, I'd try it.
