When I'm creating new training videos I always take a look at Powerpoint Templates, Powerpoint Backgrounds, Animated Clip Art and Video Backgrounds to see if they have anything I can use to make my video much more sticky...

You will probably like PresentationPro - Get the best PowerPoint templates, animated templates, 3D graphics, software and plugins.

Or if you want to go outside of PowerPoint, Prezi - The Zooming Presentation Editor

You might also want to take a look at presentermedia.com

They have lots of stuff, ranging from templates to images and animations. Many of the white "stick-man" animations on guru powerpoints come from here and they have a good business focus if you want to build a deck with lots of "selling" type messages.
