I just got my first ever Clickbank check!

The title says it all! I really don't care how big or small the check is ($200.00), I just know that it felt awesome seeing THAT special envelope in the mailbox!!!

It took me about a year from setting up my first sites until I passed all the requirements necessary to get my first CB check.

Makes me ready to dig in even harder and have this happen on a regular basis! Thankfully, I have been making money elsewhere, (SEO clients & fiverr) while I waited for my affiliate sales to pick up.

....to everyone who is still waiting, one day it will happen if you don't give up!

    Thank you all for your support and kind comments I am definitely keeping as many different streams of income coming in as possible, besides CB/affiliate sites. What with Google's updates all the time, it is essential to have more than one income type/source.

    Congrats! I remember my first one, I think it was for about $100, I took a photo of me holding it lol

    I remember my very first moment I made money online, it was from an adsense click...I made 7 cents (lol), but it felt great!

      Thanks - what methods? Well...

      I did buy a few CB products through my own affiliate links, so that a bit of the money on my $200 check was basically a discount on my own buying. That was right in the beginning, as I was still learning the ropes, and spent more money than I made!

      However, the largest part of the check was from affiliate sales of products I promoted on my own websites that I built from scratch with no experience. Happy to be able to say that It means I must be doing something right!

    Getting that first CB check felt great. It spurred me on to get more! - Even getting a regular check felt good! Now I get paid direct to my bank account doesn't feel so "special" or such an event- but at least it means I can spend it straight away!

    Congrats Ruth on your first Clickbank check. The first time mine arrived i went to the bank and deposited it instantly lol. The teller saw the amount and was incredibly interested in what i do for a living lol. But telling her my business within a few words would more than likely make me sound like a marketing consultant, as opposed to an ebook seller.
