INTERNET MARKETING

Thanks to all the warriors who have helped me. I am a newbie 3 weeks at this site(new blog) and just made my product (an ebook) 2 weeks ago(wrote it in about 3 weeks). I am so glad I called my MOM! yes I am over 25

but moms are the best. my site has never had more than 50 views in a day ...a sale !...I was shocked.

Thanks to all. I have learn so much from this site. Anyone who thinks the warriors are not nice to newbies must be on a different site. I do not even have the 15 posts to make links and I have been helped by this site incredibly. Thanks to every warrior!

How much was the sale?

I've been succeeding with Amped Media recently thanks to adwords, maybe you should try that out. It helps a lot. If you don't want to spend a lot, use really targetted keywords, very specific. Then you will get sales!

Congrats!

You've proved that your site can make a sale. The thing to do now is concentrate on driving more traffic to your site and then test one small change at a time (like your headline etc) and try to improve your conversions.

Only test one change at a time though so as not to get results that are skewed.

Well that is awesome. I am still fairly new to internet Marketing, and also get excited over little things. But hey, that is a good thing. A good sign that we could be very happy doing this for a long time to come. I cannot wait until I am raking in the cash. It will be very exciting to grow and grow.

I just say keep at it, and keep searching the forum. There are many ways to get traffic, just need to find the things that work for you.

Thanks guys. I did not spend 1 penny, I made the ebook with free open office, wrote it in actuality in about 7 days on and off for 2 weeks at Starbucks. had the free blog up for about a month and a half posting daily. Wrote a couple of articles and then boom a sale. No splash page...ppc..nothing.Just wrote about my interest which is health and put a picture of the book on the bottom of some of the post(not all the post, this way people dont think i'm a pushy saleman). Its like selling the book without selling the book.
