Paralyzed With Automation Software Choices....Need Input PLZZ!

First Off, Long time reader first time poster.

I've tried everything online to make money and never had any consistent success....
That being said I finally decided to make my own sites, create my own products and market some affiliate products as well.

Well my snag is this it seems there are a lot of program available to automate the overall process.

I've paralyzed myself with Software information and choices.

I figure ther are 2 lists -
1) Can't live without it
2) That would be nice

so here are the ones I'm looking at

Instant Article Wizaed
The Best Spinner
SENuker X
Market Samurai
Camtasia

and I think that is it.

Now I know I have to have Camtasia
And I think I need SENuker X

But don't some of the other ones kind of overlap each other and do the same thing?

My plan is Niche Sites with KW rich domains and long tail sub-domains
Promoted through Article syndication, Blogs, forums, Bookmarking, YouTube, Pinging, and most importantly a natural white hat Google friendly linking system (SENuker X)

ANY INPUT APPRECIATED.......
Even suggestions of different programs or whatever

Thanks!
troy

I wouldn't say you need senuke x unless you can afford it. It's pretty expensive. I use sick submitter and it works really well.

I'd say The Best Spinner is a good investment.

I'd go with traffic travis before market samurai because I believe market samurai pulls from bing instead of Google. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Another tool that I find to be helpful for numerous reasons is scrapebox. I don't use it for it's intended purpose of blog commenting. It's a great tool that has a lot of addons that can help you in numerous ways. But it would help you get sites to use with sick submitter if you go that route.

I'm not really a fan of instant article wizard but I only tried it for 5 minutes and it just wasn't working for me, not literally. It just didn't tickle my fancy.

OK, here's how I would categorize the list that you gave:

    Software that you need:
    [blank]

Software that would be nice to have:
    Instant Article Wizaed
    The Best Spinner
    SENuker X
    Market Samurai
    Camtasia

    Explanation:
My mentor (former search engine employee) and I don't use any automation software. Period. The Google Keyword Tool can give you all of the results that Market Samurai can. The Best Spinner (which I do own) is no longer useful for SEO and hasn't been for a while...unless you really know what you are doing with, it's just going to create unintelligible gibberish that will hurt you a helluva lot more than it'll help. SENuke X (not Nuker) is EXPENSIVE. You can get someone in the Warriors For Hire or on Fiverr to run a full campaign for you for a lot cheaper, but even then, I would venture to say that it's not as good for SEO due to the Penguin update as it was before (no stats here...someone else will have to back up my guess for me). And Camtasia...I have a cell phone with a video camera on it that I use to shoot video, and Windows 7 comes with a free piece of movie editing software that's pretty good.

Here's my list of software that you can't live without:
Google Chrome (or Firefox if you like it better)
Microsoft Word (or Google Docs or whatever OpenOffice is called now)
    umm...oh yeah!
Pencil & paper -- get the clicker pencils since they never go dull.

That's it. There is no other software that you HAVE TO HAVE. I've spent my fair share over the last year on WSOs and plugins and whatnot and guess how much I'm still using? Nada. Zip. Zilch. I am using the free stuff, though.

    My two cents.

      Nice info here

One thing confuses me though, not directed at you, but almost nobody mentions excel. I find it to be absolutely essential. Am I the only one that actually uses it regularly?

I forgot about that...I couldn't live without Excel. I am a VBA programmer also, so I build all kinds of back-end programming into my spreadsheets. I've written full inventory-control software that runs entirely inclusive to Excel and even hides Excel so you don't know it's there.

        I love that program.

Let's think about this for a minute Troy.

You're wanting to Scrape a bunch of addresses and then illegally spam them?

The CAN-SPAM Act: A Compliance Guide for Business | BCP Business Center

      Read through that.

Now...quit trying to take shortcuts. I've always said that the secret is work. Work. Hard work, easy work, outsourcing work, whatever. It is still work.

If you take shortcuts, your business will fall to pieces. Take the time to ethically build up a list, or do the proper SEO the way Google wants, or whatever you're going to go into, I don't care. Do it with ethics though. Otherwise, go surf one of the black hat forums as they are more your style.

That's my two cents twice. Next time I charge.

    For SEO,

    - Magic Submitter instead of Senuke (Cheaper, similar, and its customization function is very powerful)

    - SpinnerChiefII instead of The Best Spinner (Free & almost do all you need for spinning)

    - BacklinkIndexer (A service to get backlinks indexed)

    - Considering building your own private blog network for the long-term

And actually there are many more great FREE tools that will help you a lot
