Will Idevaffiliate pays to their affiliates?

Im a newbie. I signup an account from Idevaffiliate with under the product of Auto Mobile Traffic. Then I started promoting it and got my first sale March 13, 2012 up to March 30, 2012.
Idevaffiliate said payments are made once per month, for the previous month, they will pay commissions to their affiliates through Paypal. Now it is already May 2012 but I did not receive my commissions as an affiliate. I already emailed their support but i got no response.
Please help me. What will I do?

    This post is kind of confusing. You are promoting Auto Mobile Traffic and you signed up for their affliate program. There affiliate software is made by Idevaffiliate. Auto Mobile Traffic is the person who is supposed to pay you not Idevaffiliate. Did you contact Idevaffiliate about this issue because they have their own affiliate program and might have thought you were one of their affiliates.

    I dont know if this is correct, but you post is just confusing to me.

    Have you contacted the people at Auto Mobile Traffic through here support at automobiletraffic.com?

    There are some companies that will pay you commissions when you reach a certain amount. Some will need your account to get to $100 and they will pay you the following month. You just have to read their policies.

      This is true but he stated earlier that he has around 600$ owed. Even with a 500$ payout he should have been paid.

    You should contact your merchant and claim your commission. But please do not contact IDEV because they are affiliate software vendor like ours. You have no direct relation with them.

    Every affiliate Program must have a option for minimum low payout. It can be $10, $100 or $1000. Please check it from your merchant program.

    The affiliate software should create bills for all the qualified affiliates for that month just with a single click by the merchant. At least Euraffiliates affiliate software does it. I think in IDEV, the merchant needs to create payment bills for each affiliate one by one. Probably your merchant have forgot to create your bill or has not done it intentionally (I assume that your minimum payout is less than $600).

    Just contact the merchant (not IDEV) and claim your money.
