    If you go to Clickbank.com and Amazon.com, you can search for criteria such as best sellers and most popular. Doing some research in these places will give you plenty of ammunition to get you going.

    Also try going to article directories such as Ezinearticles, scroll down the page, and see which subject/topics are the most popular

    It depends on how you are targeting.

    I myself target my email list with the IM and Make Money Online niches.

    But i have a brazilian weight loss website that are doing great with PPC and SEO.

    Do you mean markets or niches?

    Weight loss is a market

    Weight loss for a woman who just had a baby is a niche

    One great set of niches are the "Embarrassing Problems" type niches.

    This includes gout, psoriasis, IBS, tinnitus and the like.

    There are some really hot clickbank products on those and top affiliates are making a lot.

    I think they're really popular because of the desperateness of the market to find a cure for it.

      These Desperate Buyer niches are golden and evergreen.
      And there are many niches and micro-niches you can enter into.
      Do a search on WF for Desperate Niches and you'll
      find some great lists.
      I like the tinnitus and yeast infection niches.
      But they can all do well if approached correctly.
      Also, weight loss/ dieting niches can be good converters too.

    I would go for Dating, that is my favourite, very easy market and lots of money to earn. I never knew it will be so easy until I started it myself.

  • I am not sure if you are talking about niches or markets. If you are talking about evergreen markets then I would have to say health (weight loss and fitness), dating/relationships, lifestyle, wealth and anything that is environmentally green. (ie solar panels).

      Branch out from the ever-green trinity:

      - Health
      - Wealth
      - Love

      For example, love -> parenting, dating,
      marriage, kid toys etc
      Wealth -> forex, stocks, finance,
      marketing, self-help etc
      Health -> sicknesses, drugs, fitness,
      weight loss, muscle building etc

      However, the further you branch out
      with divergent brainstorming, the more
      segmented and less healthy the markets
      are (demand tapers off).

        The top three evergreen markets have to be the health market, the wealth market, and the lifestyle market.

        The health market includes niches like weight loss, exercise, quitting smoking, etc.

        The wealth market includes niches like make money online, make money from home, debt reduction, investment tips, mortgage advice, etc.

        The lifestyle market includes niches like self improvement, personal development and things like that.

        Going into any one of these markets and choosing a niche within them would guarantee that you would make money at some point.
