Which content would you go with first?

So, let us say we have our "micro" website started, our squeeze page gathering opt-in's with your free report, our sales page ready to sell your quality $7 eBook that effectively targets your niche, and your auto-responder building the list and cranking out follow up emails.

What content do you start with next? Blog posts? Articles? Other?

What type of content do you feel is the next logical step in the progression? Would the type of niche matter in your next step? Which would drive the machine faster and more efficiently at the is point?

Thanks folks!

I would start with blog posts/videos

So make video blog posts :-)

So my basic layout would be like this

    Video
Then have a transcript of the video

post your videos on youtube and in a forum where that niche is known to hang out
    Signature
Send Emails, Get Paid - My business summarized in four words. For the how-to go here

That sounds like it would be pretty effective!

My question to that would be, how do you "blog" about your product without it seeming like and infomercial? Would I be reviewing my eBook as if I were a third party or something?

It's great to use video, but many people are not too familiar with the format. Still, a very good quality article can do wonders.

If you sit down for 6> hours and write the very best stuff you can with the research, then you can get huge response from the visitors. In any case, you need to segment the buyers from the freeby-seekers. And you do that by offering them stuff.

Plus - a review which is amazing is the closest you can get, because you don't appear as a pitchman and you genuinely help them, they will very probably buy from you.

    Cheers,
    Ray

That was my bet...writing a few good articles. I wanted to be sure though.

When you say "review" what do you mean? Like for an article? On your own site or somewhere else?
