Online voicemail and fax service... Need Advice

I'm currently using Ringcentral and they've been great the last 4 years or so, however what I've noticed is that they've increased their prices over that 4 years from around $20 to now I'm paying almost $40 a month.

Considering that I don't use it on a daily basis, only for some online faxes and the occasional in/out phone call, it doesn't make sense for me to continue paying those prices if there's a cheaper alternative.

Anyone using a good service that has online voicemail and fax capabilities?

Call them up and tell them you want to cancel their service because of the price. I was paying RingCentral $34 a month. I got it bumped down to $17.

Skype online numbers are good value for calls. Not sure about the fax services though.

Sfax is a very reliable and completely secure online fax service that costs from just $24 a year.

I agree with Michael's advice. Call them and see if they will give you a discount.

Go to Popfax.com and see what offers they suggest. I like what they do and most of all I like their promotion tips. Cool)

I've used evoice.com as well in the past and they have some good services that are around $10 a month as well.

I hate it when you have to pay a monthly fee. I use to use Ring Central as well and sometimes, I only send 1 or 2 faxes per month. Then, I switched over to Interfax.net. I really like their pay as you go service - reliable and inexpensive.

I use OneBox for 800 number call forwarding as well as for voice mail and faxing. Their all inclusive packages are very cheap and I've been very pleased with them.

I have been a HAPPY customer of MaxEmail.com for about 10 years now along with one of my business associates.

If you do not care about having a local area code and go with their 'lite' service as we did the cost is $24 a year (there is a one time $10 activation fee the first year when setting up the account) - YES, that is $24 a year!

I used to pay nearly $500 a year to have a dedicated phone line for my fax - now they come right into my email as a PDF and I can 'choose' to print them out 'or not'. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Fax to Email | Email to Fax | Fax Email Service | Internet Fax (NOT an Affiliate link - just a recommendation by a VERY HAPPY LONG TERM Customer)
