1and1 Account Locked Issue - How to get back Locked Domain

Hello,

Im asking this doubt on behalf of my friend:

Unfortunately one of my frndz 1and1.com account got locked, and with that all his domains got locked.. (actually while registering he has given fake details as his intention to remain privacy online and hez unaware of the fact that 1and1.com inbuilt provides FREE privacy option for all the domains..)

He contacted support, talked almost 2 hrs and he said the fact that "He is the TRUE Owner of his account", BUT still they're not listening him and they're just asking Proofs to prove himself (which he dont have), then only they re-activate the acount itseems.. he tried to ask atleast to tranfer one of his favourite domain, they're not even willing to do tranfer of that.. Now his account and all his domains got locked (in those domains, he needs 1 domain particularly as hez doing lot of work for that domain since many days (even he did SEO too..)

So, my query is: Since they're NOT even tranfering the domain, what happens to that domain? Do they change the nameservers of that domain immediately..? Hez thinking to buy that same domain again atleast after when it expires.. So, does anyone has any idea what happens to that suspended domain now? and is there any chance to grab that same domain later..?

I will be vm glad if anyone would help out my friend..

Awaiting your responses..

The domain name will remain as is until it expires unless something else happens.
While I understand some people's desire not to give their real information just to
anyone online, unfortunately your friend learned the hard way what happened.

I speak from my ex-registrar experience. If I contacted your registrar and claim
I'm you, then the registrar just took my word for it without verifying, imagine if I
then took control of your domain without your consent.

While 1&1's not "listening", are they doing that for any or no reason?
