Need How To for Main Content Suggestions

I bought Shane Natan's ebook on "Offline Cash: How to Make $499 Over and Over Again From Local Businesses". Which by the way is very informative and helpful to someone like me who is brand new- much appreciated Shane. I am looking to do basic SEO for local businesses, and one of the things I will be doing is giving them main content suggestions. Just wanted to clarify on what that is exactly. I know that it has to do with using keyword phrases 1-3% in order to optimize searches without being flagged for keyword stuffing. But i guess I would like a literal interpretation. Will I need to provide actual descriptive/informative content on the web page implementing these keyword phrases? And if so, for the web sites that have very little text and mainly just images, should I suggest they add written content to their home page? I know this may sound extremely elementary to most of you, but I am completely in the dark with 99% of IM because I've only been reading and studying it for the last couple of weeks. Any resource suggestions or info would be much appreciated.

    I hate to say it but it sounds like you may be setting yourself up for failure. Take the time to really educate yourself about SEO, before you make an attempt to sale yourself as an expert.

    They are going to want to see a sample of your work and know that you know what you are talking about. You want to make these folks your long term customers and if you short them, they are gone. And trust me when your marketing to your local off line small business, your reputation (good or bad) will precede you.

    Please understand I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm trying to help you to avoid the mistake of not knowing what you are talking about.
