Getting a custom Twitter background?

I'm looking to find someone to design us a custom Twitter background.

Does anyone know of such a service?

If there are no specific services that do this, I'll turn to Elance. Just wanted to check in here first, though, in case anyone knows of a dedicated company.

(Yes I could go to Google, but I like to do business through referrals!)

    There are a few (like TwitBacks), but honestly it's not difficult to do it yourself... Don't you have any graphics design knowledge?

      Sadly not. I'm a PR guy and we're known for being useless with design.

    I can show you if you like, that's something you should be able to do easily with my graphics design course. Look in my signature, I'm looking for reviewers so I can teach you how to do this for free.
    And if you don't want to learn the basics of graphics design then as I said, twitbacks.com is probably what you're looking for.
