Rather than spending times trying to generate likes and retweets why don't you put all of your focus on creating quality content for your target audience?

Once you have quality content in place and have got on the radar of the leaders in the niche by doing the clever things such as leaving comments on their blogs and sharing the content you may suddenly find that the traffic comes naturally.

I recommend you to buy a direct promotion from twitter. Advertise your page or twitter on famous accs.

The purchasing of Facebook likes and Twitter followers is worth it if you are able to find a good guy who's willing to give you 5k+ followers for $5. You can pay someone on Fiverr to do that for you, there are couple great guys who deliver within 8 hours or so and you can order as many times as you want.

The thing about Twitter and Facebook traffic is, it in most cases isn't in the "buying" mode, therefore they are not going to buy from you. You can still convert the traffic with freebie CPA offers, though and that actually works fine.

But please keep in mind that these bought followers and likes are in 98% of cases fake, so they don't serve any other purpose than "social proof" - When someone looks at your Facebook or Twitter profile, they will see you have a good fan base and will regard you with respect.

When you are ordering, make sure that the Twitter followers have bio, description and profile pics filled out, so that they look real at least.

I dont think you should use those sites since I also heard many complaints from people that they got their page banned because of using those services.
