How do I "auto-submit" wordpress post to Social Bookmarks?

Does anyone know where that plugin is or what it's called. When you post, it will automatically submit the url to social bookmarks like digg....

    Anyone know how to use ASP the correct way?

    I found some problems:

    1. I need extremely many accounts to avoid banned from the bookmarking sites.

    2. The same IP address keep posting to some of the sites will be removed very fast...
