I've just recently wrote a tiny little book. It got me in the mood. I've always wanted a product for my business - a main product - but it always seened daunting so I thought about completing it in the future.

Why? Why not do it now. The reason it seemed daunting is because 30/40,000 is a lot of words, but, it doesn't need to be.

There's no reason why we can't all have our own products. The best thing about a product is how you can go about it. You can write specific chapters at a time. If you go away now and spend a few days planning your product, you'll have a list of chapters you want to include.

Now this is the challenge, which is more of a public pledge so we have to do it. After you have spent today, or a few days if you need to planning your products...

... We will pledge to write 1000 words every day for the next 30/40 days, so in about 2 months we will have a main product.

A product on which to build our business and drive traffic to our site.

Anyone fancy making themselves accountable?

Reminds me of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) where people attempt to write a first draft of a novel in a month.

I certainly like the idea of an accountability group, but not sure I want to go the product route just yet.
