    I live in Arkansas, and I just formed a Delaware LLC. Since Delaware doesn't have a sales tax, they should be safe from that law.

    If I was only using Amazon, I'd go with Skimlinks. I've set up friends with them and the process works well.

    I just read the post - my attorney recommended against that, and said it likely be construed as tax evasion.
