Any recommendations for people to build me an Affiliate page?

Could you guys/gals recommend somebody to build an Affiliates page for me and one of my products I sell on Clickbank? I'm looking for somebody to build the whole page, including the various images, verbage, all that stuff. Somebody really, really skilled at this. If it matters for your recommendation, my budget is a couple hundred bucks depending on the work output.
