Buying a site and transferring it.
Hi guys, I'm in the process of buying my first site... this is not through flippa.
I just emailed the guy, and we're just talking money... if we agree on a price, should I use Escrow? It's in the $200 mark, their fees are quite high, $25... is Paypal ok?
It's a wordpress site, does he just need to zip it up and send it to me, or does it have to be tranfered through c panel?
I know there's services on fiverr that do this.
