Criteria for Great Amazon Products!

Hello Warriors,

We would like to focus on diet and fitness for the regular amazon products but I have no idea yet the things that I need to consider before picking these profitable products. We will be doing drop-shipping.

Can you share some tips on how to select a very good Amazon products?

I am a completely new to this ...

    I highly recommend you look at the Amazon Bestsellers and see what is selling. You might find it is a book, or a piece of equipment or something else. I would also recommend you look at some of the higher priced products you find.

    Amazon's affiliate payouts are 4-6% or so. Picking a higher price product helps you profit a little more.

    There is also a cool Amazon plugin if you use Wordpress called Amazon Localizer. What it does is determines if your affiliate sale customer is in Canada, the US or the UK and automatically inserts your affiliate link for the appropriate country.

    Last thing to consider is creating and selling your own product on Amazon. You could write a book and publish it with Amazon's Createspace.

    Are you saying that you'll be selling on Amazon and you want to know what kind of products to list, or do you plan to promote items already for sale on Amazon through the affiliate program?

    It may be that I'm just reading it incorrectly, but when you mention that you'll be doing drop-shipping, I feel like you want to know what you should try selling, because if you were just promoting Amazon products as an affiliate, they would be handling all of the shipping.

    BTW, there are some great threads on the WF about promoting Amazon products as an affiliate. Just do a search for "Amazon".
