INTERNET MARKETING

I don't want to get in trouble with Google for running an rss news feed.
What is the best way to find a good feed for news from a certain city?
Can I add it without worrying about penalties?
Just something useful on the sidebar always updating with current news about a city.

That is a great question. The legalities of syndicating RSS feeds are unclear. Here is a great article that delves into the issue:
