How Much My Website Worth?

I'm planning to sell one of my blogs (health related niche). It's an aged domain, 9 years old I purchased from go daddy's auction. It wasn't an EMD one. It has 18 pages with main page's PR 0 and some of its inner pages does have PR1. The traffic its receive in last 30 days is shown in the attached images below (90% comes from Google search).

I develop this blog back in early February this year, and it starts making money on March. It doesn't rank well for the main keyword yet but pulling visitors via bunch of long tail keywords mainly from Google. Here are the incomes generated from affiliate sales so far:

March - $280.91
April - $534.72
May - $311.63 so far (up to 13th of May)

I am not a domainer, so I have no idea how much is this worth and I'd really appreciate if someone could recommend me a good place to sell it. Thanks guys.

      Thanks CBusiness...

Just want to clarify, you mean 6 - 8 x monthly income if it's only been up for 2 to 3 month? Do you mind to share how you come up with that figure? Thank you.

Yes, it's still increasing, and the traffic too. I would love to keep it but I have no other option other than to let one of my sites go to cover up the other sites expenses. Thanks bro.

Really interesting as I have tried those sites where you can input your site and it gives you a estimated number for the sale of your site. I have a simple cleaning service site but it does rank well for some heavily searched keywords in my market. The last time I checked my site was worth $1700 or so I believe. Its a 5 year old domain and in jobs booked alone it makes more then that in a month easily for us so I don't know how these sites come up with these numbers? Interesting to say the least.

I've sold sites in the past I thought would be worth quite a lot but got hardly nothing for them. At the same time i've had websites which I didn't value but sold for quite a bit. It really does depend on the market, if someone wants it then you can negotiate a better cost. It really does depend how much potential buyers value that domain in my opinion, especially if you're after a quick sale.

I agree - I have bought and sold around 75 sites so far.

If the site is established you usually pay around 10 times monthly revenue.

For one which is young like this 6 to 8 times would be a good price to receive if you can get it.

It may go for a little more if the domain name is fantastic .. if not it wont do as well.

I hope you're getting a lot of traffic to it, because a lot of people look at how much traffic you have received in the past before selling it to see if it's going to bring them traffic, as well.
