    Whom are you trying to target? Pinterest is big enough world wide where you can post at any time and get a reaction. I'm US based and am targeting US buyers so I usually post between 5 PM PST - 9 PM PST

    I just did a ton of research on Pinterest for an ebook I wrote on it and discovered that the best times to pin (according to research done by Pinerly.com) are as follows:

    * If you want to pin during the day, do so between 2 and 4 p.m. ET.

    * The best time to pin in the evening is between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. ET.

    So there is a best time to pin, at least according to Pinerly.com.

        Ironically, this is outside of the standard hours I cited previously - but Saturday morning is supposed to be the best day/time. Need to do further research on that tho'.

      I totally agree with Teri since her research matches my personal experience. I am on the US west coast and my sweet spot is 7-8pm....catches all west coast moms who have just put their kids to bed while still catching everyone on the east coast who just finished up with PrimeTime TV. When I post around then the repins are almost immediate.

    I believe that in the US 6 est to 1 am eastern is the best. 6 pm because you get everyone on the east coast who may already be home from work and on their computers, and 1 am because in-between you are capturing everyone on the west coast as well.

    I find that in the evenings between 4:00 and 8:00 PM are the best times to post. I think this is when I get the most repins.
