How to receive donations without Paypal?

Hey warriors I am building a website where I will get donations from visitors and today I found out that PayPal fee is 1.9%-3.4%+35cents for every donation received.

The problem is that the donations will be only 1euro each so automatically the fee becomes 38% which is too much...so I would like to know other ways that I can receive donations online with better fee or no fee at all if possible.

I think the donation methode if we use paypal is because they using merchant, and not personal sharing expenses,

maybe you can try fill the paypal adress, so everybody can make payment with personal expenses
but I am sure this is not recomended

  Well I think that asking donators to log in their paypal account and sending the money to my email address is too much of trouble for them...plus not everyone has a paypal account...
  
  I was wondering if there is any other good service like paypal that has a fee only in percentage and not with cents.
